Why we built PreClaim
When you staff revenue cycle teams for a living, you see the same problem from every angle. Coordinators spending hours chasing documentation. Billers reworking denials that should never have happened. Practice managers watching revenue leak through gaps in evidence — gaps that existed before the patient walked in the door.
The frustrating part: the evidence usually existed somewhere. In a different system, at a different provider, in a record nobody pulled. The problem was never the care. It was the timing — and the plumbing.
Three things changed in 2024–2025 that made PreClaim possible: new federal interoperability rules opened up health data exchange, AI got good enough to read payer policies, and CMS launched WISeR — forcing the issue for pain management practices.
PreClaim is the product we wish our clients had. It doesn't replace the people — it gives them better information earlier, so they can focus on the cases that actually need human judgment.
